Our Team
The Team has over 80 years combined experience in dealing with customers at all levels - the home handy man, the do-it-yourself-er, the government department, the tradesman, the manufacturer, the school student or the better-half. When you deal with Ezimetal Raymond Terrace, you're dealing with a team that has carved out a unique place for itself within the steel industry.
Warren Lawrence
(Woc)
Proprietor
"Woc" has lived and worked in the Raymond Terrace area all his life. He's been managing Ezimetal Raymond Terrace since 1999. Previous experience in the building industry has given him a unique insight into the needs of his customers. Woc's suppliers know he drives a hard bargain, and his customers know they always get good value and good advice when they deal with him.
Steve Allen
Assistant Manager
Steve began working in the steel industry in Central Western NSW way back in 1981. Since moving to Newcastle in 1987, he has worked in various locations around the Hunter area including Raymond Terrace, Salamander Bay and Newcastle itself. He shuffles a lot of papers around, and occasionally serves a customer or two.
Erin Black
Sales
Woc's daughter, Erin, joined the team in 2015 and has been a great asset since coming on board. She's a quick learner and has become a familiar friendly face behind the counter, helping customers out and adding that feminine touch to the place.
Get to know her, and you'll be glad you did!
Lauren (Loz) Walker
Sales
Lauren has made a great addition to the Sales Team since joining in June 2020. She's keen to respond to our customers' enquiries and help to keep the office running smoothly. When she's not here, she loves spending time with her family and friends.
Casey Kelly
Sales
Casey joined the Sales Team since joining in September 2024. She's always friendly and helpful, and we delighted to have her on board. (Casey's also an animal lover who always has time to pat our four-legged customers!)
Aidan Slade
Storeman
Mark Lawrence
Storeman
Mark joined our crew in early 2012, and makes a valuable contribution both behind the wheel and in the warehouse. He's just as easy to get along with as his 'big' brother Woc.
Gav Buckmaster
Helping Hand
Gav comes to us through a "supported employment" program, and helps out for several hours per week. He's fitted in well as part of the family and we're glad to have him!
